My new best. And all i did was walk once in the morning, walked to work, and walked again tonight. Please don’t think I’m just a walk-o-holic. I do it for my dog and the fact I need to be ready to walk my new puppy twice a day when I get him in the fall. But today was an okay day. I woke up, had a great breakfast, had a few crackers and some ice cream. I wasn’t really hungry and I found I lose weight best when I only eat when I’m hungry and stop when I’m full. I think it works for me.
I have the day off tomorrow so I have to kick it up because I wont have work to help me out with all my walking. Though my friend wants to hang out and I have to walk to her house because I don’t drive.So theres some of my walking. Plus I think we’ll walk to the rowing club or something so it should be good
